As a real estate broker since 2017, I currently assist people in the greater Estrie area through one of the biggest steps of their lives. Having the opportunity to positively impact people's lives is a great source of pride for me.

Prior to this, I worked for over 6 years in the field of single-family home construction, condos, prestigious properties, as well as in renovation of all kinds. To achieve this, I completed a DEP in carpentry-woodworking and another in general building maintenance in Sherbrooke.

This background allows me to effectively advise my seller and buyer clients daily regarding the quality of the properties we visit, as well as to be a valuable asset during negotiations following a building inspection. This unique journey has enabled me to stand out from the competition and achieve the goals of several hundred clients over the years.

Holding a residential and commercial brokerage license, and being a property owner myself, I will therefore be able to assist you with a multitude of projects. Additionally, I am involved with several Estrie foundations, which is very important to me.

Finally, having practiced several team sports, by working with me, you will have the opportunity to discover a competitive broker with heart, a strategic mind, who loves to push his limits and will be extremely loyal to you. Throughout my life, I have accompanied others in their various projects. As an administrative assistant at the University of Sherbrooke for 10 years, I had the opportunity to develop skills in this regard.

With over 15 years of experience in customer service, I bring my sense of organization, rigor, and empathy to the Noël Team. Holding degrees in business administration and fashion marketing, I combine strategic vision and creativity to support brokers and ensure an impeccable customer experience.

Having also explored the world of real estate brokerage, I fully understand the realities of the profession and the challenges associated with each transaction. My role within the team is central: I ensure the follow-up of files, coordinate exchanges between clients, brokers, and real estate professionals, oversee document research and management, and provide marketing recommendations, particularly in home staging.

Passionate about human contact and guided by attention to detail, I contribute every day to making real estate live differently and to offering a professional, human, and exceptional service. My proficiency in three languages allows me to create authentic connections with a diverse clientele and to promote the team to a wider audience.
